This email also constitutes a brokerage instruction and acknowledgement regarding the purchase of the property in which I am interested and which has been introduced to me for the first time by you, the real estate company «LUXURY PROPERTIES GREECE». I confirm that this property has never previously been introduced or shown to me by any other person or real estate agent.In the event that the above property, either in its entirety or in part, is purchased in my name, in the name of any member of my family, a business partner or associate, or by any company in which I am a member or shareholder, I shall be obliged to pay a brokerage fee of 2.48%, including VAT, calculated on the stated sale price.For any property with a sale price below €50,000, it is agreed that the minimum brokerage fee payable to the Company shall be €1,240, inclusive of VAT. I consider the brokerage fee agreed above to be reasonable and not excessive, and I waive my right under Article 707 of the Greek Civil Code to request a reduction of the brokerage fee by the court. The brokerage fee shall be paid on the date the final purchase agreement is signed.

The contracting parties agree that for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the courts of Heraklion, Crete shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
